Zoom integration

Ready streamlines the addition of video conferencing solutions, offering a centralized setup for easy access. By default, Google Meet is set as the primary conferencing solution for your account.

How to add Zoom?

To connect a different conferencing service:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select "Conferencing"

3. Click "Connect"

Adding Zoom to your calendar events

When creating events in Ready, you have the option to select Zoom for video conferencing

Once the event is saved, Ready automatically generates a new conference link and incorporates it into the event's conference details.

How to remove Zoom?

1. Go to Settings

2. Select "Conferencing"

3. Click "Disconnect"

To completely remove the app, go to: https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed and for "Ready Calendar" click "Remove".
